HM-ET Binder is CellCore Biosciences' third-step binder supplement — a deliberately focused, three-ingredient formula built around their proprietary BioActive Carbon® Technology BC4, micronised zeolite clinoptilolite, and broccoli sprout extract. Positioned in CellCore's sequential protocol framework after both BioToxin Binder and ViRadChem Binder have been introduced, HM-ET Binder is designed for deeper systemic detoxification support in the intermediate and later phases of a structured protocol — when foundational gut-level binder activity has been established and more systemic binding capacity is the clinical priority.
Compared to BioToxin Binder (which emphasises gut microbiome-level detoxification and cellular energy support) and ViRadChem Binder (which adds a broad antioxidant botanical complex and additional zeolite binding), HM-ET Binder is a more concentrated, targeted formula — fewer ingredients at higher per-capsule impact, prioritising the specific binding chemistry of the humic/fulvic acid carbon complex and clinoptilolite zeolite over botanical breadth.
BioActive Carbon® Technology BC4 — Humic Shale (Humic & Fulvic Acid)
HM-ET Binder uses CellCore's BC4 carbon designation — a different carbon chain profile from the BC3 used in BioToxin Binder and ViRadChem Binder. The BC4 formulation is derived from the same humic shale source material but is processed to deliver a different distribution of short-, medium-, and long-chain carbon fractions, reflecting the targeted systemic depth at which HM-ET Binder is intended to operate within the protocol sequence.
As with all CellCore BioActive Carbon® formulations, the humic and fulvic acid fractions provide binding capacity via ionic charge interactions and complexation, with the short-chain fulvic acid molecules capable of systemic distribution beyond the gastrointestinal tract. The low-pH formulation protects the carbon fractions from premature breakdown by stomach acid, preserving their binding capacity until they reach the intended sites of activity in the intestinal tract and systemically. The humic and fulvic acid complex also delivers polyelectrolytes and organic acids that support cellular energy metabolism and mitochondrial function — providing restorative activity in addition to its binding function.
Micronised Zeolite Clinoptilolite
Zeolite clinoptilolite is a naturally occurring aluminosilicate mineral with a negatively charged, honeycomb-lattice crystalline structure that binds positively charged compounds through ionic exchange and physical entrapment — a mechanistically distinct binding pathway to the carbon-based fractions. Micronisation substantially increases the active surface area of the zeolite particles, enhancing their functional capacity both in the gastrointestinal lumen and systemically. Clinoptilolite's ion-exchange selectivity is well-suited to binding positively charged ionic species. Published research has examined clinoptilolite's adsorptive properties and its potential role in supporting gut barrier integrity. The combination of BioActive Carbon® binding (organic compound complexation) with zeolite clinoptilolite binding (ionic exchange) provides mechanistically complementary coverage within a single capsule.
Broccoli Sprout Extract (Brassica oleracea)
Broccoli sprout extract contributes sulforaphane precursors (glucoraphanin) that activate the Nrf2 (nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2) transcription pathway — the master regulator of the body's endogenous phase II detoxification enzyme systems, including glutathione S-transferases, NAD(P)H quinone oxidoreductase 1, and haem oxygenase-1. This provides upstream cellular protection and endogenous detoxification enzyme induction alongside the exogenous binding activity of the carbon and zeolite fractions — supporting the body's own detoxification capacity rather than relying solely on exogenous binder activity.
The combination of these three ingredients — a targeted BioActive Carbon® fraction, complementary mineral binding via clinoptilolite, and endogenous pathway support via sulforaphane — creates a formula designed for systemic depth within the context of a staged, sequential binder protocol.
What Sets This Product Apart
Within the CellCore binder range, HM-ET Binder is intentionally the most focused formula. Where BioToxin Binder prioritises gut microbiome support and ViRadChem Binder adds antioxidant breadth, HM-ET Binder concentrates on the specific carbon chain profile (BC4) and ionic exchange binding capacity (clinoptilolite) considered most appropriate for the intermediate stages of a comprehensive detoxification protocol. The single-capsule serving size (versus 2-capsule servings in the other binders) reflects a more conservative dosing approach appropriate for deeper systemic binding support where gradual dose titration is clinically prudent. The 120-capsule format provides a 60-day supply at the recommended twice-daily dose.

Directions for Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily — one in the morning and one in the evening — with or without food. Take at least 2 hours away from prescription medications and all binder supplements to avoid interference with absorption. Or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Allergen Information
Gluten-free, GMO-free. Free from common allergens. Contains no unnecessary fillers or additives.
Cautions: Not recommended during pregnancy, lactation, or for those under 18 without professional supervision. Take at least 2 hours apart from prescription medications — the binding agents in this formula may reduce their absorption. If taking Para 1 (CellCore), maintain a minimum two-hour separation. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you have a medical condition or are taking any medications. Keep out of reach of children.
Practitioner Note
Recommended by Stephen Roigard, Naturopath & Clinical Nutritionist. HM-ET Binder occupies the fourth step in CellCore's foundational protocol — introduced after BioToxin Binder and ViRadChem Binder have been used to establish gut-level and early systemic detoxification support. It is positioned as the "deeper-dive" binder in the sequence, with the BC4 carbon profile and clinoptilolite ion-exchange binding providing the specific chemistry considered most appropriate for the intermediate and deeper phases of a structured protocol. The more concentrated formula and single-capsule serving reflect appropriate clinical caution in this phase of the protocol — patients entering this stage should already have demonstrated tolerance to the earlier binders, and the gradual introduction principle remains important. The broccoli sprout extract component continues the Nrf2-induction theme carried over from the earlier binders, providing consistent support for endogenous detoxification pathways throughout the protocol sequence. As with all binders, the 2-hour medication separation rule is non-negotiable and must be communicated clearly at the point of recommendation.
