For your convenience, we have complied the best health products available in New Zealand. Many of these products are ‘Practitioner Only’ and have been independently tested and/or have clinical trials supporting their efficacy. We ship these products using various couriers, depending on the products ordered and which suppliers they are coming from. We ship to local customers within New Zealand and internationally. We make our best efforts to deliver products to the address specified by you during checkout within 5-10 business days of your order confirmation.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your products to be dispatched as a priority. We will keep you in the loop via email when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order. Please allow approximately 2 business days for your tracking number to be live.
We take full responsibility for ensuring that all products ordered through Roigard Naturopathic reaches our New Zealand and Australian customers - if there is no proof of delivery, we will replace or credit the order at our discretion.
Please note: we can not provide ETA for international orders (including Australia) and can no longer take responsibility for delivery outside New Zealand and Australia due to recent scam and fraudulent activates. As such, international orders (outside NZ & AU) are made at your own risk.
